Guiyang attracts and cultivates big data talent

Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is focusing on developing its big data industry, cultivating key players in technological innovation, interaction between innovative talent and projects, attracting innovative talent, developing its digital economy, and the integration of the digital and real economies.

By 2025, Guiyang is expected to be home to more than 200,000 scientific researchers, bringing the total number of talents to 1.5 million and realizing the coordinated development of talent, projects, technologies, project teams, and capital.

Guiyang also strives to achieve breakthroughs in more than 30 key technologies, become home to 2,000 high-tech enterprises, and have high-skilled talent accounting for 35 percent of its skilled workers by 2025.
