Big data lab and company in Guiyang promote cooperation

A delegation of Guizhou's national key lab of public big data visited Guiyang Big Data Co in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Oct 8.

The delegation learned about the overall situation, key projects and future plans of the company and discussed cooperation on time-space big data integrated application and big data innovation competition.

Time-space big data is a city's basic data resource and the foundation for the construction of a smart city. The company is currently carrying out research on the technologies for integrating, processing, managing, analyzing and applying time-space big data.

The company can provide scenarios for time-space big data technology R&D and support the application and innovation of Guiyang's time-space big data.

Through cooperation with the lab, both sides will be able to produce time-space big data products and explore the development of a digital government.

Zhang Fuqian, vice-president of Guiyang Big Data Co, hopes to cooperate with the lab to co-organize competitions, forums and expos and promote the development of public big data application, data element trading and credit system development.

Li Shaobo, director of the national key lab of public big data, said that the lab will give full play to its advantages and plan for more competitions in public big data with the company.
