The China International Big Data Industry Expo 2023 (Big Data Expo 2023) is set to be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, from May 26 to 28, according to a news conference held in Beijing on Feb 20.
The expo, entitled "Integrating Digital and Real Economies, Unlocking the Future with Computing Power", will have one opening ceremony inviting leaders of the Party and the State, officials of national ministries and commissions, famous domestic and foreign entrepreneurs, winners of renowned awards, and academicians to deliver speeches.
The on-site exhibition will include six on-site halls - the International Comprehensive Hall, East-to-West Computing Resource Transfer Hall, Digital Industry Hall, Industrial Digital Transformation Hall, Creative Scenario Hall and Digital Life Hall, which will showcase the latest technologies, products, solutions and applications.
The registration of exhibitors is now underway, with nearly 100 companies such as NTT DATA, Fuji Film, Kingston Technology Corp, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corp Ltd, Huawei and Ant Group having confirmed to attend.
The Leading Technology Achievement Awards of the Big Data Expo will release 15 leading sci-tech big data achievements and 10 excellent sci-tech achievements in Guizhou's big data sector. Currently, the expo is collecting achievements from around the globe.
The Big Data Expo 2023 will also hold four competitions - the Industrial Internet Application Scenario Contest, Big Data and Network Security Elite Combat Drill, E-sports Contest and Data Scenario Application Innovation Contest.
This year's expo aims to contribute to the construction of Digital China, promote regional exchange and cooperation, boost the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and provide immersive digital experience for visitors.
