4th National Conference on Big Data and AI Science held in Guiyang

The Fourth National Conference on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Science (CSIAM-BDAI 2023) was successfully held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, from July 7 to 9.

The conference was organized by the China Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (CSIAM) and co-hosted by the CSIAM Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee, the China Computer Society Big Data Expert Committee, and Guizhou Normal University. It was also supported by the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Analysis and Application Technology.

Six distinguished guests delivered keynote speeches after the opening ceremony.

The conference consisted of 20 report sessions and three workshops covering various research topics such as big data analysis, fundamental algorithms of artificial intelligence, industrial internet and network intelligence, data fusion algorithms and applications.

Experts and scholars at the conference engaged in in-depth discussions on important research in the field of big data and artificial intelligence, showcasing their latest achievements, sharing academic theories, and promoting the theoretical foundation construction of big data and artificial intelligence in China.

Xu Zongben, chairman of the conference and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said that the conference called for active involvement in digital transformation to integrate academic research achievements with industrial applications in the fields of big data and artificial intelligence.
