Guiyang and Gui'an hold computing power supply and demand matching event

The 2024 Guiyang-Gui'an Computing Power Supply and Demand Matching Event was held on Dec 18 at the Guiyang Big Data Science-tech Innovation City.

This event, which is based on the computing power needs of various technological innovation entities, aims to promote cooperation between universities, research institutes, enterprises, and computing power suppliers.

It hopes to advance computing power's role in supporting scientific innovation, achievement commercialization, and industrial development.

During the event, Gui'an New Area Science and Technology Innovation Industry Development Co signed a cooperation agreement with the Gui'an New Area branch of China United Network Communications Co and the Guizhou Institute of Technology.

Future collaborations will focus on the Gui'an cluster of the national integrated computing power network hub, the integration of computing and networking, intelligent computing applications, and university-enterprise cooperation.

Gui'an New Area Data Service Technology Co also signed agreements with Guizhou Lyuhao Technology Co, Guizhou Huacheng Building Technology Co, and Yunnan Shupai Data Technology Co.

They will use their advantages in big data, cloud computing, computing power, and communication within the digital economy to jointly explore new business formats for computing power services and provide safe and reliable computing power services nationwide.

Enterprise and university representatives also introduced Huawei's AI4Science, Guizhou's computing power scheduling, the computing power of the national integrated computing power network (Guizhou) main hub center, and scientific computing power demands.
