The "channeling computing resources from the east to the west" industrial cluster project resumed construction on Feb 6 in Gui'an New Area, Guizhou province, the heart of China's rapidly evolving technological landscape.
This project fuses urban development with cutting-edge computational facilities and industries. Phase two includes constructing a network information industry base, a computational power center, centralized cooling facilities, a computational application platform for Gui'an, and a power distribution equipment production base. It also includes a green zero-carbon comprehensive management and trading platform and an energy management system integrating source, network, load, and storage.
The project has been advancing at a breathtaking pace since its groundbreaking in May last year. By February 2025, the main structures of buildings 2, 3, and 4 had been completed, with buildings 3 and 4 already finishing their secondary structures and masonry work.
As the project progresses, the focus is on enhancing communication and coordination with units and departments. The goal is to ensure that all elements are meticulously managed and executed.
