On March 26, Gui'an New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province took a step toward becoming a national hub for digital innovation by signing a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Rayvision Technology Co, a leading cloud rendering and digital creative solutions provider.
The signing ceremony, attended by 16 of Rayvision's ecosystem partners from cities including Beijing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou, marked a collaborative push for high-quality development in digital creative industries.
The agreement focuses on accelerating film rendering, animation production, game development, and cultural brand creation. By integrating Rayvision's cloud rendering platforms with Gui'an's computing resources, the partnership aims to establish a nationwide digital creative cluster.
A symposium, which began with a detailed overview by the Gui'an bureau of big data and technology innovation, was also held. It highlighted Gui'an's strengths in computing power infrastructure, talent cultivation, and policy incentives.
With digital economy sectors contributing over 53 percent of Gui'an's GDP, the region has established itself as a key player in China's digital innovation, using its data centers and funds to attract technology enterprises.
Set on becoming a national computing power hub, Gui'an is now poised to transform into a center for digital creativity, blending cutting-edge tech with cultural heritage to redefine China's digital economy landscape.
